Extra Help Hackney and Islington provide high-quality home help services for individuals and families across Hackney and Islington. Extra Help Hackney and Islington is operated by Tracey Tayo who has over 10 years of experience working in health and social care. Working both in the charity sector; managing independent living services and providing acute care within the NHS. Helping service users and patients of all demographics and various health statuses across the UK. Through running Extra Help, Tracey continues to utilise her expertise in health, social care, patient satisfaction and care to support clients’ needs. 

Extra Help Hackney and Islington are fully insured, and our home helpers and cleaners are Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checked, reference checked and personally interviewed. We provide a caring service with continuity and consistency and aim to best match you as the client to the helper. In addition to our checks, we keep regular contact with our clients to ensure the service we deliver is having a positive outcome for our clients. Client feedback helps us maintain standards and is extremely important to us.
