My background is in health and social care, ranging from the acute settings, general settings with a speciality in intensive care.  I am a mother, I am very aware of the stress associated with juggling both home and work  responsibilities together, especially, if running a business is involved.  To maintain a well balanced lifestyle and a positive mental health wellbeing, even I utilise additional help from professionals every once in a while. It helps me to focus on what I love doing!

Also, we can provide assistance to everyone in the community with their everyday chores. Whether it be a one off clean, a regular clean or an end of tenancy clean, gardening or household maintenance. We can take care of things allowing busy people the opportunity to enjoy valuable quality time with friends and family in their free time.
