At Extra-Help® Newcastle-under-Lyme, our aim is to help everyone. I am passionate about assisting our elderly population to remain independent in their own homes by providing support with housekeeping and shopping, as well as allowing busy people more opportunity to enjoy time with friends and family.

I am proud to be able to offer Extra Help® to everyone in our community. This includes the elderly, parents, busy professionals and anyone who needs a helping hand on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Over the last 12 years I have worked in the Health and Social care industry mainly in the independent Ambulance service with roles from Care assistant though to High Dependency transfers. Latterly I have spent 4 years training new ambulance staff around the country. Over the last 12 months I have worked in domiciliary care where I recruit, train and support new staff to become excellent care staff. My aim is to bring my knowledge and skills to my local community and provide a service to be proud of!

Extra Help® is fully insured and all of our home helpers are personally interviewed and DBS and reference-checked, to provide you with extra reassurance. We provide a caring service with continuity and consistency.
