Hello, I’m Lulu, and I’m proud to manage Extra Help Plymouth & Saltash. For the past 10 years, I’ve been dedicated to providing trusted, caring, and reliable home help and domestic cleaning services for people across our wonderful community.
At Extra Help, our aim is simple – to make daily life a little easier and brighter for everyone we support. Whether it’s an elderly client who needs a friendly face to help with shopping, or a busy professional who could use a hand with cleaning and chores, we tailor our services to fit your needs perfectly.

Our friendly, fully insured team provides a wide range of services starting from £21.50per hour, including:
- Transport and companionship for appointments
- Elderly help, Dementia support
- Parent’s Help
- Help with shopping and meal preparation
- Home help and domestic cleaning
- Laundry and Ironing services
- Escorting clients to social events
- Ad hoc and respite support for carers
- Gardening and DOY
All of our helpers are carefully selected and DBS checked, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing you’re in safe hands.
We also offer free support to help anyone over the age of 65 apply for Attendance Allowance – more information can be found here.
