KEY SECURITY FORM

I agree to keep client house keys safe and not to label them in any way with person details eg. Their full name, address etc.

I will not hand them over to anyone without the client’s permission. It is my responsibility to hand them over to the client or a cover person if I am off sick or if I stop working for the client.

I agree to lock up the premises after every visit, doors and windows, it is my responsibility to do so, and failure to this could result in myself being liable.

 If I fail to return the clients keys when requested the client will be within their rights to report this to the police as theft.

I agree to disable and re-alarm the house on each visit, failure to do so will make me liable, I will not pass the alarm code to anyone unless the client requests me to do so.
