Extra Help is a management franchise that provides a variety of home-help and domestic services to literally anyone who needs them, from the elderly to new or working parents and busy professionals.

Our unique business model provides you with the flexibility to focus on providing the services you feel most confident with, potentially generating multiple income sources for you.

The key to Extra Help’s success is simplicity. Clients are charged a flat fee per hour for their service they then pay their home-helper each visit and pay a separate management fee to you monthly.

Your home-helpers are self-employed, thereby organising their own tax and National Insurance.

Your job as an Extra Help franchisee is not to be a home-helper yourself (although some franchisees do undertake these duties when first starting out); you are responsible for marketing the business locally. Finding your clients and recruiting reliable, caring and honest home-helpers to meet their requirements.

Extra Help as a franchise provides lots of support for its franchisees, we fondly refer to ourselves as the ‘Extra Help Family’ every new franchisee is added to our whatsapp group chat, and all franchisees can contact head office as regularly as necessary.

We have created this training checking the success of franchisees for over 15 years and taking their habits and advice on board. It is designed to help you grow your business with bespoke advice the beauty in joining a franchise is to have support and other people who have been there before you, please never feel alone in your journey or feel that anything is ‘silly’ to ask. We have all been in your shoes and all want each other to succeed, with exclusive postcode territories there is no competition within our network – a client either lives within your territory of postcodes, or they don’t.
