Life can be busy, challenging and, at times, a little overwhelming. We all need a helping hand now and then, whether it’s keeping on top of the house, getting to appointments, running errands, or simply having someone there to make the day a little brighter. That’s where I come in.

Caring has always been a huge part of who I am. Alongside being a mum to two young children, I’m also a carer for my elderly mum, and I’ve spent the last 11 years working in a clinical role within the NHS. Those experiences have taught me the importance of kindness, patience and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

My aim is simple: to provide the kind of support that helps take the pressure off, giving you or your loved ones a little more time, independence and peace of mind.

Extra Help is fully insured and all our home helpers are personally interviewed, referenced as well as hold a DBS certificate.
Clients are carefully matched with their helper and will have the same person every visit for continuity and consistency which I highly value from personal experience.
