I’m Sarah, my team and I have a passion for providing high quality home help services for families and individuals across the South Hams, Torbay, West Devon & Bude. Set up in 2020 we want to make a difference in our community!

Improving the lives of young families, working professionals, people living with disabilities and the elderly. We have local teams in each area to service the clients local to them! So proud to have won awards for the support we provide the local community with Devon Chamber of Commerce in 2023, 2024 & 2025. 

Who do we help?

Committed to helping older people stay in their own homes as long as possible. By helping with all daily tasks excluding personal care – we can take you to doctors’ appointments or the post office. Maybe shop for or with you and ‘whizz’ the hoover around or help to hang out your wet laundry!

We realise that busy families or working professionals may need our support too with similar tasks. Let us come in clean the house and wash up, make the beds and take the kids to school. All our home helpers are both DBS and reference checked as well as being fully insured. 

Also we work with clients with disabilities providing support work and enabling. Helping to promote independent living, supporting people with admin tasks or keeping on top of their post. Enhancing their cooking or cleaning skills and more.

We’ve worked with clients including but not limited to people living with Mobility Issues, Anxiety and Depression, Autism, Downs Syndrome, COPD, Learning Difficulties, Arthritis, Schizophrenia, Dementia, Hearing Loss, Sight Impairment, and many more. We can even support people on a shorter term basis, those who are recovering from Broken Limbs or Falls whilst they recover from their injuries and grow again in confidence and ability.

What Services do you provide?

We personalise your service and prepare a bespoke support package to suit your needs. This includes but isn’t limited to, on a weekly or fortnightly basis these activities –

• De-cluttering, reorganising or tidying of homes;
• Meal preparation or prompting clients to eat;
• Domestic cleaning, Deep or Spring Cleaning and general household tasks, washing, ironing;
• Dog walking or support feeding pets;
• Companionship providing company to lonely individuals, sitting with the elderly or others with disabilities, dementia or health issues to allow respite for carers;
• Household jobs like changing remote batteries; or light gardening
• Accompanying and providing transport for clients to doctors, hospital appointments, hairdressers, bingo, lunches, dentist appointments or even to the garden centre;
• Taking clients shopping; for food and other things enabling people to still have in person access to connect with their local community or we can do shopping for them if preferred and deliver it;

As you can see we provide a wide range of services; we take care of the little tasks so you get more time to do things you enjoy – providing peace of mind and support for families and individuals both young and old with clients from 18 to 90+.

When can you see me?

Providing our services on a regular or ad hoc basis weekly or fortnightly for 2hrs or more, we create bespoke packages to suit each client’s individual needs. I was honoured to be announced a finalist for the 2026 EWiF awards, and a runner up in the 2025 West County Women Awards. We’re proud members of BNi Ivybridge and I also help to chair some women’s networking events with The Really Useful Network too. As mentioned previously we are also very proud to have won awards with Devon Chamber of Commerce in 2023, 2024 & 2025 for the support we provide in the local community. We work closely with the Local Authority and Age UK  too.
