About Us

Rekha is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with nearly 15 years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings. She specialises in older adult mental health and dementia care and is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Throughout her career, Rekha has developed extensive experience in providing person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Her aim is to deliver high-quality, meaningful support tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She is committed to helping older people, those living with dementia, and vulnerable members of the community maintain the best possible quality of life.

Rekha also understands the challenges faced by busy families and professionals and is dedicated to providing practical support that helps people achieve a better work-life balance and peace of mind.

Our team of dedicated home helpers shares our values of kindness, compassion, and reliability. We take pride in delivering a high-quality service tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
