This Year’s AGM And Our Brand New Website | What a busy week that was!

Sarah and I trained three new franchisees last week, had our yearly AGM and got ready for the launch of our new website. On top of all of this, Sarah and I were at the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Summer ball celebrating their bicentenary …

I’m really pleased with our new website and I’d love some feedback from you about it!

We also had our annual AGM and an awards dinner, it was great to have all our franchisees together along with some of our suppliers last Wednesday at Harben House in Newport Pagnell.

  • Emma Clark won franchisee of the year award.

  • Sue Timson was recognised for two nominations she received for awards in her area.

  • We also recognised Louise Pen-Collings who runs the Plymouth franchise, without Louise I’m not sure how I would have survived!

The best part was having everyone together, making the evening a great success.

One of the most exciting things for us at present is the launch of our new website at which went live yesterday. Please do visit, have a look and give us your feedback. We are still waiting for a couple of pictures of our new franchisees but everything else is pretty much there.

While doing the training last week our Marketing supplier Karen Moule of Enterprise Marketing organised a video shoot for us. The video has Sarah and I talking about Extra Help, how it started and what the franchise is all about. We also have some of our franchisees talking about why they bought an Extra help franchise.

In a couple of weeks they will be filming in a client’s house showing the services we provide, it’s all very exciting! We’ll make sure we keep you posted!
