Thoughts On The EWiF Annual Conference 2016 Listening to strong and influential women …

Last Wednesday, Claire and I travelled to Stratford-Upon-Avon for the EWiF Annual Conference. EWiF are a not for profit organisation, made up of volunteers, who give up their time to support women in the franchise industry …

We had some truly amazing speakers at the EWiF Annual Conference this year!

As you know from our previous blog posts, Extra Help are huge supporters of EWiF. Our Managing Director is a Regional Chair for the South West and holds three meetings a year in Bristol.

These meetings encourage female franchisors and franchisees to get together, to discuss hot topics and also to provide a support network for each other.

“Their annual conference is always a brilliant event and not to be missed!”

The room was buzzing with partners, members and others from the franchise industry. Coconut Creatives did a wonderful job with the PR and marketing and managed to attract two incredible speakers, Clare Davis and Celia Delaney.

Clare Davis owns a company called Nova Associates and she gave a great presentation about how to get the best out of networking. She is brilliant to listen too and has a wealth of knowledge which is both inspiring and very useful.

Celia Delaney is a professional speaker and comedienne. She is also a keynote speaker, delivering presentations on public speaking, confidence and sales. Celia is fabulous to listen too, so if you ever get the opportunity, you must take it up.

“I feel lucky to have been able to listen to two amazing, strong and influential women speak!”

A big, big thank you to Clive and Di from EWiF, for hosting such a fantastic event. We had a great time at look forward to attending next year. To find out more about EWiF please check out their website at http://www.ewif.org.

Until next time …
