Extra Help Are Seeking Some Very Special People | Could you be our next franchisee?

Last week Louise and I headed to Bristol for the quarterly training of our franchisees. We stayed in the Mecure Bristol Holland House Hotel, which is a lovely venue and great location. We met the evening before training for dinner and it was brilliant to see everyone and share their success stories …

At Extra Help, we believe in helping our franchisees be as successful as possible. we regularly give them up to date training and the training events give them the chance to come together and meet on a regular basis.

During this training we held a Dementia Friends session. Almost all of our franchisees are now Dementia Friends and we’re Dementia Champions, helping to spread the word to improve people’s understanding of Dementia and the people living with this disease.

Word is certainly spreading about our services and we are looking for a few more special people to join our team and help grow Extra Help nationally.

“Could you be our next franchisee? How about someone you know?”

We receive enquiries DAILY from potential clients, in areas which we cannot currently service. Here are some examples of these requests:

“I am looking for help for my elderly mother, who looks after my father with Alzheimer’s. She is struggling to cope and has agreed for us to get a cleaner in. I am hoping that if it goes ok she’ll agree to further help around the house. Is this a service you could help us with?”

  • “Hi. I would like to discuss what help Extra Help could provide for my father.”
    JOHN, REDBOURN

  • “My Grandad is 85 years old, lives on his own and needs an extra hand twice a week for 2 hours. This could include a bit of cleaning, shopping and popping into town with him.”

  • “Could you possible provide a rough quote to do a one-off spring clean for a 4 bedroom house on 2 levels?”

  • “I am enquiring into your services available for the elderly. I’m looking for some home help for my Grandma who lives independently, but needs some support with cleaning, ironing and meal preparation. Could you please give me a little more detail around the services you could provide and how it works? Thanks.”
