As you will have read in our previous blog post, we have now made it through to the final of the Devon Venus Awards 2015. I have made it through to the Employee of the Year category and Claire Robinson to the Entrepreneur of the Year …
Both Claire and I are super excited to be in the finals of the Devon Venus Awards 2015
The finalists were announced last Friday at a fabulous Afternoon Tea event, held at Saunton Sands Hotel in North Devon, the hotel was incredible, with stunning views! We had a wonderful time, with over 70 other guests, including other semi-finalists and sponsors.
The awards were initially launched in May, with over 2000 nominations in 12 different categories, so to get through to the final is a real honour for us! The final is being held on the 27th November, at Exeter University, where we get to attend a ball and celebrate with the other finalists. We are incredibly excited about this event.
A big thank you to everyone who voted for me, I was competing against 10 other successful women, so it’s amazing to have come so far and it has been an incredible journey.
We will keep you posted as to what happens next … keep your fingers crossed!
