Extra Help: The Franchise | We’re passionate about being the best …

Extra Help is a management franchise that provides a variety of home-help and domestic services to anyone who needs them. From the elderly, to new or working parents and busy professionals, we can help you …

Extra Help started in Milton Keynes. Originally set up to assist the elderly as people are living longer and want to stay in their own homes, Extra Help enables them to do that by providing home help and domestic cleaning services.

“Once we were up and running we soon realised the demand was much greater!”

There was a huge need for a ‘one-stop shop’ for many other people, such as new and working parents and busy professionals, who could also benefit from our services.

When we started the company in 2010, we knew we would franchise it around the country. It was the only way we could spread the services we were so passionate about. Extra Help was unique back then and we wanted to be different. Our vision was to be able to spend time with our clients and always, apart from holidays and illness, provide the same person visiting each time.

We don’t provide personal care, therefore we don’t have to be registered with the Care Quality Commission. Because of this, we can keep our costs down to provide a quality service at a reasonable rate.

All of our home helpers are interviewed personally by our franchisee, reference checked and are all DBS or Police checked for peace of mind.

We are very proud as an overall franchise to be approved by the NatWest Bank and RBS for funding for new franchisees if needed. We are also members of the AFA the (Approved Franchise Association) and EWiF (Encouraging Women into Franchising).

“We work really hard to be the best and do the best we can for our franchisees!”
